Come meet me in person!
I have two upcoming events in February – a social media workshop I’m co-hosting and a creativity seminar. Here are the details:
February 8-10, 2011 at the Kona Kai Resort Shelter Island, San Diego, California
SOCIAL MEDIA: Blowing through the Smoke & Mirrors
Sandra Ballard, CEO, TangerineMarketing.com
Karen Daniels, Founder, ZenCopy.com
Social Media is daunting. Everyone knows we should be doing it, and some of us even have the start-up done, but how do we consistently use social media to send out our organization’s news, events and messages?
This workshop will show the ins and outs of setting up profiles on the most relevant social media sites, then walk through a tried and true process and updating on an almost daily basis. We’ll look at some of the biggest successes and failures of social media marketing and discuss what your organization can glean.
Karen Daniels will help formulate your content strategy and go through her “Twitter Tweet Ideas for 365 days.” Bring your laptop for hands on experience. By the end of the day, you will have developed online profiles for 2-3 social media sites and the tools to maintain them.
